<p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="color:#303133">•Manage all recruitment processes such as building networks, diversifying resourcing channels, promoting an employer of choice, compiling all CVs/applications, preparing shortlists, developing interview questionnaires, scheduling interview panels, consolidating interview result, conducting reference checks, and preparing job offer and employment contract.<br />
• Maintain the up-to-date application database to be used as a reference for quickly sourcing candidates who may be relevant for any vacant position.<br />
• Maintain the relationship with candidates. Ensure candidate communication is in accordance with recruitment policy and procedures.<br />
• Other related tasks as the Manager’s request</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="color:#303133">Job Requirements:</span></span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="color:#303133">• Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.<br />
• 1 years experiences and up in Recruitment or Personnel Administration or HR-related field.<br />
• Ms. Word, Excel, and Email...<br />
• Very good level of English.<br />
• Strong communication, interviewing and influencing skills<br />
• A very good negotiation and judgement skills<br />
• Experience of working with external networks, recruitment agencies and other resourcing channels that are relevant to programs operations.<br />
• Ability to build strong working relationships, gaining trust and mutual respect.<br />
• Be team player and willingness to work under tight schedules</span></span></span></p>
