Position: Human Resource Officer

Gender: Male/Female

Job Description: 

• Data entry and management of personnel records when employees come to work/leave….

• Make decisions: appointment, dismissal, mobilization of rewards

• Labor registration, labor report, visa, work permit, labor contract, NSSF report

• In charge of training company rules, regimes and policies  

• Recruit staff for company

• Manage fan pages about recruiting

• Brainstorm recruitment design ideas

• Recruitment announcement, shortlist implementation, interview invitation, evaluation of interview results...

• Participate in job introduction events

• Implement processes and procedures for staff join to work

• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Economic, or others majors relate to Human Resources.
• Human Resources at least 01 years.
• Recruitment at least 01 years.
• Have experience in Facebook page management or orther social medica is one plus.
• Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Be proactive at work, good at teamwork
• Be flexible, honestly, hard-working, be able to work under pressure and high responsibility
• Be able to learn and research more about new technology

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
