Position: Merchant Management Officer

Job Descriptions: 

Planning Task: Participating in the development of the Company's Merchant  Management work:

• Prepare daily report of product and service which request through branch and department
• Prepare and submit daily activity report including issue resolved feedback and performance report
• Support branches and department by briefing or educated the product and service under duty

Directing, managing, and implementation:

• Operation result from branch
• Recruit, solve problem from branch

Guidance, major training

• Support merchant for training on how to use merchant product and service
• Resolve merchant issues, requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone call, site-visit, emails, and other communication channel in a timely and customer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Management, Public Relations, or Marketing Management.

• Experience at least 6 months and above major Marketing, Finance, Business, strategy

• Microsoft Office Advance (Word, Excel, PowerPoint….)

• Leadership and Management Skill, Task Assignment and evaluation, and Report & Data Analysis

• Ability to build strong working relationships, gaining trust and mutual respect.

• Be team player and willingness to work under tight schedules

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
