Position: Business Analyst

Job Descriptions:

• Gather business and system requirements from stakeholders such as end-user, partner, client...Assist client in defining requirements and suggest ideas
• To analyze business requirements and to propose optimal solution to clients.
• Writing and preparing URS (user requirement specification), SRS (software requirement specification) documents for systems to be developed for the project engineering department and for the customer to use;
• Building prototype of products to be developed to introduce and make more clear with client, development team as well as related parties
• Discuss/communicate with key users/stakeholders to ensure the requirements fully documented and communicated properly.
• Communicating content, assisting project members, project managers to clarify customer requirements to meet; organizing guidance, training, support for users to use the product and troubleshooting when problems occur.                           
• Acting as the bridge between client and project team to clarify requirement with development team (developers, UI designer, testers…) both business and system analysis view as well as the bridge among internal team
• Support in testing, participate in coordination with tester to check development results, to ensure compliance with agreed content requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Have bachelor / engineer in IT, computer science or equivalent.
• Must be good at speaking, listening, reading and writing in English.
• Ability to analyze, solve problems, express problems from general to specific details, coherently and clearly.
• Must have knowledge about software development process as well as software diagrams in UML. Have experience in using modeling tool such as MS Visio, UML… and prototype/Mockup tools
• MUST have experience in reading, analyzing, developing diagrams (UML) and have experience in writing software documents such as URS, SRS, user-guide document.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Able to express ideas clearly and concisely
• Priority points (be nice to have):
• Have experience in testing or business analysis.
• Have experience working on different development lifecycle.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
